BAIS customer portal
Welcome to the BAIS customer portal.
Here you can download the latest BAIS versions/hotfixes with the relevant information, as well as BAIS newsletters and files relating to our user meeting.
In addition, the customer area allows you to create and manage online support tickets for BAIS customer support.
(Please note that in order to use the ticket portal, you must register for the customer portal and obtain separate activation from us.)

Five steps to the new release management system:
- Register or log in
Log in to BANKING.VISION or register as a new user.
- Go to your personal dashboard
Click on the avatar icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu to access your personal dashboard.
- Open "My Releases"
Go to "My Releases" on the dashboard.
- Fill in the form
Please fill in the form and submit it.
- Your account will be set up
Your account will then be set up for you.
